11The trail/walkway through Carrie Jane Park is also a short cut from PGSS to the VLA. Most students coming from the school also smoke, and I am sure they are not carrying ash trays with them....lol all kidding aside, it is a tough gig trying to convince smokers to not throw their cigarette butts away. I too worry all the time about fires with these current dry spells.

PrinceGeorgeCitizen 5Unfortunately as proactive as that sounds....we have tried that, and again Unfortunately addicts will sell the good drugs to buy more of the bad drugs...doctors have held up their hands...they have tried, as well as many other organizations, so again, long term addicts will Not use regulated drugs. We need mandatory drug and alcohol rehab. The 1 year, not 28 days.

Our desire for more gold and silver Wil basically destroy that region for approximately 100 years. It takes 30 years to extract the minerals and hopefully 60 or more for the land to regenerate. Also, although it's company headquarters are indeed in Vancouver, it's owned by a UK based management team and it's US Affliliated management team in Massachusetts. So whether your pro or con regarding mining, at least have all the information.

PrinceGeorgeCitizen 3I remember participating about 6 times on these so called 5 year plan strategies, so many meetings, endless planning. The reteric was always the same, basically everything that has been listed. The result of these surveys, meetings, planning etc etc, we're the same each time....more paperwork, more hoops to jump through, less time with students, less acknowledgement of support staff, more administration, more professionals, less support staff, and more meetings. Every 5 years we would hope snd pray that this time things would change for the better. Instead our system became so overloaded with being PC and woke, that the prime directive was gone....then another 5 years would go by. Since then I have been retired for 2 years and I am watching my grandchildren go through this broken system. And boy, is it broken.Here's to the next 5 years, and good luck. One can only hope and pray that someone is listening.

PrinceGeorgeCitizenWe all know that catch and releases do not work, neither did throwing a person in jail without rehabilitation. However, if you have a mandatory sentence which includes: Victims statements with how to makes amends, mandatory drug and alcohol counseling with trauma based therapy, upgrade their education with training, and they Are Not Released until they have fulfilled all of the requirements, have been sober for over a year, and made amends to the family. There are similar programs in other countries which have been successfully. Until that happens, we will contact to hear sob stories, and get out of jail free cards. It is not only indigenous families who have come from alcoholic backgrounds or have been abused by clergy. Whether they be, Chinese, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Russian, so many people have suffered similar fates, the difference is, they Do Not blame those traumas for their behavior!!! There is so much a person can do to help themselves, or do the Time for your crime.
