WE DO WORK! Just remotely. Everything is digital now, I dont have any reason to be in office five days per week. The hybrid model has proven to be more efficient, effective and better for mental and physical health. Youre still getting quality services (at least with the Ontario Government) with happier employees. Its 2025, nearly 2026 get with the times!

You dont need a study to tell you it is poor parenting. Too much coddling, not using the word no, not being taught basic coping mechanisms, not being taught that life is indeed not fair, the inability to be bored and find ways to occupy time or the opposite end having kids so unbelievably busy theyre unable to be kids and just be. Behavioral issues are on a rise because there is always an excuse for poor behavior. Violence in schools is on the rise and is going unreported by staff because the boards do not do a thing to protect the employees from these kids. The problem stems from the parents and lack of parenting.
