GuelphToday 11Silly statistic and obvious to most, drop it to 10 or 20kph and we'd have close to 100% survival rate, the law of diminishing returns....though no one is suggesting this. Most accidents are still caused by distracted or impaired driving, we need way more enforcement in those areas!
