Maybe if the city didn't give away all our green spaces to developers, folks wouldn't need to crowd and overrun the few spaces left.......

Still gotta find someone willing to take it, that'll be the challenge lol!

Not clean burning at all.......

What was the motivation for this designation......I don't fully understand the impetus to do this. Do we not have better things to do with our limited tax dollars? What's the price tag for this, I don't see that mentioned anywhere in the discussions.....

Wow an officer to patrol traffic during school open and letting out, that would be nice to have in our neighbourhood as well! All the traffic speeding down narrow Alice street during the York Road construction....how do we apply?

If we paid for 40% of it back in the 70's, that portion at least should be off the table for any consideration without public input....

This will have zero effect on the local housing situation, just another distraction......

Silly statistic and obvious to most, drop it to 10 or 20kph and we'd have close to 100% survival rate, the law of diminishing returns....though no one is suggesting this. Most accidents are still caused by distracted or impaired driving, we need way more enforcement in those areas!

Let's hope the developers are serious about increasing and improving green space in the neighbourhood because I see very little in the way of public green space in the large Fusion development at the Woods plant 1 location? The city is selling neighbourhoods out to developers and exchanging $ for much needed dedicated parkland!

24 stories is ridiculous, 14 stories like the Arthur St. site is plenty,,,,greedy developers!

Silly comment, crime rates were no better under Conservative rule......what is Ford doing to reduce crime in our province?

What a colossal waste of taxpayer money this white elephant has become!

Too many people on cell phones with no regard for other road users.....I'd guess it's number 1 or 2 of the top 4!

So after the heat wave has subsided on Thursday, they will then open Market Square splash pad in response to the heat wave......awesome?????

Weird.....the entire street (Alice) was completely upgraded 5-6 years ago, why new sewer and water lines already?????

Never going to happen, the FRO can't even get deadbeat fathers to pay support for their own children and now another government entity will collect for convicted impaired drivers.......? Love the concept but this government is too inept to make it happen.

It'd be nice if they put this kind of enforcement into distracted driving (cell phones) as those folks are potential killers as well! Enforcement seems to be non-existent for this offence.....!

Rain = more higher water flow.....who'd have thunk it....wow, breaking news lol!
