Besides money, it would be good to compare the cities mentioned in terms of public safety, liveability and amenities. I didn't choose based solely on my tax bill.

Lloyd seems to ahve forgotten that the indigenous treaty partners have signed a letter of support. Is Lloyd really hinting that a hospital should be built on floodplains and on wetlands because it has the right size?

Solicited advice from those with lived experience ought to be valued by the city. Otherwise city should be honest and admit their biases.

Will there be any indigenous presence? At one time local indigenous people opened with welcome songs and words. It seems odd to have stopped this practice in a time of reconciliation.

It keeps glare off shiny heads, reduces stares, if a cancer patient, may keep someone grounded.
