I understand these are hard to manage as it is not consistent you are reacting to events that sometimes you only have days notice but other cities seem to be able to do it Need to think outside the box and come up with solutions Businesses do this all the time without hiring more people or buying equipment Taxpayers are not an endless ATM machine

If other services like ambulance and fire stations were run like winter road clearing people would be screamingSnow plowing is an essential service and a safety concern if not done properly and should be managed as such
