Cameras , needle exchanges , drop in centers , Homeless living Facilities and all of the other DO GOOD solutions aren't working. Too much bureaucracy , wasted money and band-aid solutions. Better streetlights means better security video, public safety committee hears

Night shopping and entertainment will flourish. It has been proven that brightly lit areas almost totally eliminates vandalism and crime. This should be number one priority in downtown.
