36Canada would get greater benefit by cutting civil servant jobs that provide limited economic productivity / limiting the unions reach for select project management positions so they can hire the right people to manage million/ billion dollar contracts / work with subcontractors to get the job done rather than having these extremely risk adverse and wordy contracts that can easily lead to all parties loosing.

6@elizabethmj - Capitalism is tuff pill to swallow for some folks who think the cup is always half empty. Look around you. The world isn't that bad. Its starting to look like the average millennial in canada will exceed the wealth of their parents who by far exceeded the wealth of their hard working parents and so on. Work hard in life and your family will be OK. Teach your kids to work hard and they'll be OK.
