16Absolutely insane that the province expects the chc and other hubs to completely transition, find the space and staff, ect in this amount of time. The fact that harm reduction is removed from the model is going completely backwards and is going to cause many more deaths and also further clog up our EMS.Definitely some positives in the hart model, in addition to harm reduction. Happy to have it. But the way it's been executed is nothing short of ridiculous. It needs to support people in active addiction to meet them where they are at or it is nothing revolutionary....Also- if people had stable homes and supports in the first place we would need less of this!!

GuelphToday 20Me too. Its Wellington County who kicks people such as this guy out of their subsidized housing instead of giving them the proper support they need. They should truly be ashamed. Bi law needs to leave this place alone!!
