I had to wait 2 hours just to get the app to let me make a reservation, and then another hour to actually get to my destination. Luckily, I was heading home and not to work!The drivers, especially the new ones, seem more interested in their phones than paying attention to the routes.It would be great if they set a policy about noise levels. I don’t appreciate hearing people blasting their music or having loud phone conversations.And lastly, someone needs to teach these drivers not to tailgate other vehicles!
