Actually these 2 will definitely be getting my vote. Luckily I believe that there are enough people who still care and will hold those such as yourself accountable for having no empathy. The other councillors should be on notice that this will potentially effect the number of votes they will be getting.Do better fellow citizens, time to speak up.

So basically people here just like in the US where about half just showed they are a ok with totalitarianism, I applaud these councilors from trying to stand against this.

The building and property should be made available for use by the Indigenous community. We would be more than happy to take it back and make proper use of it.

So the answer is hey let’s just suspend the people’s rights, yah that is a great plan

It should be returned for the sole use of the Indigenous community, a perfect place to have an Indigenous center.

https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/video/9.6507359Worth a watch to see how the city is in violation in quite a different amount ways.People need to wake up and start holding them accountable, it's your rights shouldn't they matter?

The lands need to be returned to the Indigenous peoples of this area.

Did you go to the event? Have you even read what the organization is trying to do? Why do want people to not ask questions? What is your effort to help climate change? What do you think should be done as it seems you have an idea what should be done.

You don't own it, it was stolen from the Indigenous and should be fully returned.

I completely agree with your post, as a new Canadian citizen the amount of people who were born here and are so easily over riding or not recognizing others rights is quite sad to me this is not what I learned about Canada in becoming a citizen.People here banded together and fought for their rights and to protect other's rights, I guess I expect too much of people nowadays.

Timing like the group that was trying to do the fireworks everyone complains about or wanted couldnt get any help for the community but since this is for profit sure lets get you a pass

It is too much, it is a violation of our rights and freedoms, once one starts restricting these ideals it is all over, what is next? You can’t enjoy walks at night?
