Actually these 2 will definitely be getting my vote. Luckily I believe that there are enough people who still care and will hold those such as yourself accountable for having no empathy. The other councillors should be on notice that this will potentially effect the number of votes they will be getting.Do better fellow citizens, time to speak up.
of course this will pass, free 100 for the license and the potential for fines is way too great, wake up people, you are being nickel and dimed to you know what, time to vote differently
So what is the lesson? Speak and up be heard. One of the core ideals I tell everyone, the main reason the Guelph Indigenous Community Council was set up that came out of the meetings the city held. Speak up fellow citizens, Indigenous or not and don’t forget to vote.
So basically people here just like in the US where about half just showed they are a ok with totalitarianism, I applaud these councilors from trying to stand against this.
The building and property should be made available for use by the Indigenous community. We would be more than happy to take it back and make proper use of it.
Once again here we go, streets safe enough for cars but not buses. Safe enough for cars to have an accident but not for buses, we cannot accept the liability, no?
It is interesting that the only place that asked for less money is probably the primary place that should have more funds for the people it cares for. Things are definitely not right in this city, sadly people don't want to see it.
I am glad he finally did more research into it and that he is owning up to it, my only faults are it took him until his 80s to decide to question deeper. I do appreciate that he is giving back the award but in reality all of them should go back as those are awards that should have been earned by an authentic person. I wonder if he took a DNA test also.
