I survived an opioid addiction 20 years ago after a work place accident and a prescription for opioids. I wanted to go to school so I quit cold turkey and almost died. I had to work with a physician for a year to very gradually decrease the dose until it was safe to stop. It is a long process but if you make the decision, mentally, and commit to quitting it can be done.

Stop encouraging homelessness. It’s supposed to be hard. You shouldn’t strive for homelessness. It should be so bad that you would do anything to get out of that situation. You should fix yourself; it’s your own responsibility, not ours. Get sober, get a job and find a place to stay. Contribute something to society.

We need it on every street south of the Neebing River. I put up security cameras because of the frequency with which we are experiencing events and it’s worse than I imagined. We are capturing several events every day. Cars are being tossed every night… They are checking windows and doors… They are hopping fences… Thankfully they did not approve the Miles location for shelter camp as these are the riff raff causing the issues. Lock your car, lock your house, lock your windows… install cameras… but be prepared for what you will see…
