The problem are the arm chair parents in the stands bad behaviour is what is being talked about here….. fyi the coaches and their staff aren’t paid it’s all countless and often thankless work and are doing it for the kids to be able to play , and learn and develop not only hockey skills but hopefully social and life skills of respect, hard work, and social exposure…

18minimum wage jobs aren't meant to provide fulltime wages and a quality of life. The higher minimum wage goes up the more their employers have to and or cut benefits & raise prices. The blue collar and skilled workers end up paying more taxes and cpp and ei contributions they may never use , and bring their net incomes down all the while paying increased costs as the result of a trickle effect that a higher minimum wage causes.

16then a lot of the skilled workers or young adults and graduates wouldn't work hence why would they? why do a more complex job with more responsibility for maybe 5 to 15 dollars an hour to lose it in tax when a simpler walk away at the end of the day job is left at the workplace.
