PrinceGeorgeCitizen 19Not to sound unsympathetic to these unfortunate people, but as mentioned in the article, There is shelter space available in the city but the rule requirements act as barriers and some people would rather camp than conform. So that being said, then these people are not entitled to sleep wherever they want. Also Moccasin Flats is just an attractant. As long as they can camp there, they will come. Offer shelters and too bad if they refuse. This problem has gone on long enough. This town has become an embarrassment and unsafe with ongoing vandalism, fires and attacks.

Not sure what safe driving and training of drivers and their licensing qualifications is required, but maybe time for a review, if you ask me.
