8Teaching comes with weekly hours of unpaid work for ELL, Resource Teachers and Learning Assistance Teachers. The province needs to remove expectations of extra paperwork such as typing and filing IEPs, to procure funding for students with special needs and learning disabilities. Let the teachers teach instead of typing, getting signatures, photocopying and filing. These are remade every year. The teachers with the knowledge are typing in offices instead of teaching.
