A independent adjuster, ha, what do they cost?How about an independent pot hole filler? Ellwood-Robison makes the best asphalt around , contract their crew to have it done properly and timely.Look at the shape of our main arteries. Misdirected funds would cover the cost. This city is an embarrassment for the taxes paid.
