GuelphToday 9Why do we tolerate this, the barriers are a hazzard to drivers and appear to be showing up all over Guelph. Cyclists are not allowed on the sidewalk but that doesn't stop them, they are always coming up behind me when I am walking. Cyclists for the most part do not use the bike lanes 😕, bad enough that we have them, definitely don't need the barriers.
