Poll: Three-quarters don't tip at takeout or fast food restaurants

Tipping is not for counter service. I got a tip prompt while getting fast food at a drive through. Any day I now I'm expecting to see a tip prompt at a self-service gas station.

Because home owners pay property taxes, and our tax rates are very high.

I'd be more interested to know why this "deal" was made. $6,667 per connection!?!? The equipment is around $600 and installation is described as something easy enough for users to do themselves. It should cost around $8,000,000 assuming if we're paying market rates and not getting a discount for bulk. Where's the other $90,000,000 going? Seems like a lot for the "Indigenous Engagement and Participation Plan". This deal needs to be examined with a fine toothed comb. Not: "Why was it cancelled?, but: "Why did Ford overpay by somewhere around 90%? Where was that money going to go?" What are the salaries of the no-doubt politically connected "experts" and "consultants". This is how political corruption smells in Canada.

City staff recommended against it. This article lists a bunch of potential issues. And they don't have anybody to run it. Why is council going ahead with this?

"I love the speed cams!" Said no one, ever.

Let's not. I don't want to help rich people pay for new cars. Continue to let the market determine the costs.

In relationship to the York Lands: “Let the Indigenous people decide what they want to do with it,” Zuberi said. ??? Is he just casually suggestion that the province cede control over a huge chunk of land? Does he know anything about this land or the current proposals? Better answer would have been: "I don't know enough about the land in question to make a proper response."Seems that parties other than Green have decided that this election is unwinnable.

I think the city was hoping for some easy money with the cameras. Most people hate them. At least the city will get 15% of the money back on the tickets they pay. The other 85% goes to the private company that runs the cameras.

Yes we should ruin a young person's chances at life because they wanted to have a party with their friends.... C'mon man!

Seems the only thing Longfield was doing was constantly sending out expensive brochures. That, and blindly supporting Trudeau: "Prime Minister Trudeau has said that he intends to remain in office, I support him in his decision."
Vision Zero is a W.E.F. initiative. Our mayor works for globalists, not for us. That's why he got his free trip to Copenhagen paid for by Vision Zero. They wined and dined him, and now he's signed us for for this. Write the mayor, write your councillor. We didn't vote for this.
