It has been a long time coming for those experiencing homelessness to have somewhere . Everyone complains about the tents up , so now there are other options . And people complain about that too .

GuelphTodayUnfortunatly this will be happening more and more and time goes on . And not Just in Guelph. Buidlings that were once affordable , will no longer be . With the costs of everything that has gone up , Landlords that have invested in properties , can no longer get a good return on them I am not saying I agree with this . As I work fulltime , and do make a decent living , but prices for me evern are a stuggle ! Its a catch 22 . Homelessness is very real , and not everyone has the same opportunities in life . There needs to be rent contol accross the board for all buildings . A place to live is not just for the rich . And there is no black and white with people and their situations .
