Explain to me that with all that new construction, there still is a shortage of rentals I believe? Not to mention the increase in traffic everywhere in town. However at what point does it become important to push foothills through Ginters to Ospika and ferry, to allow for traffic increases in the area. The amount of new buildings in that area will create an enormous amount of increased traffic. We need to be thinking long term.
