Many have gone bankrupt because of some tenant that refuses to pay or cant pay and will not leave. It can take 1 to 2 years to get a tenant out leaving the landlord to foot the bill and lose everything. is this really fair?

TBNewsWatch 8Why we are not just putting up another Dome is crazy, the cities defense to this is that domes are not good for our climate but that's not true....Edmonton put up the countries largest dome for under 10 Million. Our dome served us well for many many years and only faltered due to poor maintenance and ownership. Our city desperately needs an indoor facility but this is not the right one to be building. That being said....it looks like its too late now, this facility will be full year round with all the different organizations that need it. Soccer, football, baseball, cricket just to name a few. Those that call this a "soccer plex" that only caters to soccer players are sadly misinformed.
