It says right on the site that declaration does not guarantee compensation, especially when there is now a pool that could cover less than 2/3's of the already declared firearms - and the 50,000 firearms are a majority of claims from businesses. Individuals will most certainly get nothing but grifted. If anyone has declared and is now having second thoughts, there are instructions on the site to withdraw. You can and should do so while the Supreme Court appeals are being heard. Unsurprisingly, the government hasn't and won't act in good faith.
