In some cases property owners paid out thousands of dollars that they did not expect to pay out . In some caes the icestorm clean up cost was more then their total tax bill for the year .

Seems to me council waisted 112 peoples time and the cost have having staff attend ,when they could have been doing their normal jobs . Also the speakers in the council chambers are terrible , most people could not hear what was being said by anyone . Please adjust the volumn for the next meeting .
