Installing a four way stop at Borland and Peter is a waist of time and money. We must consider this intersection has had decades of ODCVI and Hill Crest School children crossing daily with few issues. What has changed other than we no longer have hundreds of students at this intersection??

When the buses are cancelled the schools are open for kids that don’t use the bus. Teachers need to be at work to teach those kids.

For 30 years ran a business located in a strip mall. I paid MIT on the parking lot so my customers could park for free, it was part of doing business. These downtown stores need to get a grip, if they want free parking for their customers they need to pay for it.

With the current system a candidate DOES NOT need to live in the ward but voters do. It makes no sense and needs to change.
