We must consider this intersection has had decades of ODCVI and Hill Crest School children crossing daily with few issues. What has changed other than we no longer have hundreds of students at this intersection??

All Simcoe County school buses cancelled today

OrilliaMatters 5For 30 years ran a business located in a strip mall. I paid MIT on the parking lot so my customers could park for free, it was part of doing business. These downtown stores need to get a grip, if they want free parking for their customers they need to pay for it.
