17The truck j3et knifed. Why was he speeding in snowy conditions? Has he ever driven a truck in snowy conditions in his life? I question the speed limits on BC Highways. Some areas of the Coquihalla stretch are marked 110 to 130 and these fellows drive 15kph over the limit even in winter. I wouldn't even go over 90 from previous experience.
