It's a no brainer in my opinion. Buy and designate. Keep home expansion going east and south of Guelph.

I wonder what else this crook has in store for Toronto's waterfront and Ontario's other natural resources.

I think long before etiquette, we need to educate all parties. Educate on the rules of the road for cyclists and motor vehicles. I'm amazed at the number of vehicles that will continue on through intersections with solid red lights. Equally as shocked at cyclists that don't stop at red lights or stop signs. And pedestrians that step into the roadway without so much as a glance for safety. I recently had an adult female with headphones on step in front of me at an unmanned school crossing. She obviously doesn't know the difference between that and a pedestrian crossing. I wonder how many people in all modes of travel know the difference between black and white regulatory markings, and yellow safety advisories? White lines separate bike lanes from vehicle lanes. It is illegal to cross those lines or drive in a bike lane. We need the police to step up enforcement before more people die. Learn the rules of the road people.
