OrilliaMattersThey bought a sinking ship from capreit. Capreit didnt maintain infrastructure. They just patched it along for years. Not compass is dealing with the results of that. It was the same with the tree situation before the ice storm. Had the previous company maintained the trees. And cut down the dead ones accordingly. There wouldn't have been the mess.
