This is a 12.5% increase in the population of the country which leads to a need for all the essential services like hospitals, schools, roads, cars/transportation, staffing which all gets paid for through different forms of taxing. The home supply issue is strictly a supply and demand problem. Greed plays a huge role but everyone is guilty of that we all want as much as we can get be it wages or trade in value on a car. Immigration is an important part of growing your country but it needs to be planned precisely and followed up on continuously so we as a city and a country can keep this the go to place for people wanting a better life.

Their idea of traffic control is more traffic signals not access, directional, or timing based on speed.We constantly stop to do our share of polluting on Clair Road at Southgate when nobody is atthe light.... maybe some sensors are in order at some locations. This alone would dramatically reduce the average Joes greenhouse gas donation!

As much as I hate to deal with the snow we need to be plowing residential streets right back to the curbs not 6-8 feet away. It just causes issues for everyone trying to avoid on coming traffic especially when you get parked cars on the street as well.Keep up the good work and fine tune a little!
