Perhaps the City of Sault Ste. Marie should not have closed the Maycourt and Jessie Irving Children’s Centres and Holy Family. If that had not happened, perhaps Sault College would not have closed their demonstration school. Perhaps if the DSSAB would not have been looking for the cheapest alternative in child care we would not be where we are today.
