The problem is not with the purchase. The problem is that the person who originally purchased the property and was supposed to turn it into something, did not do a thing, let it rot and now walks away with a large profit. The building should have been confiscated by the City, and let him go to court to try and get it back.

In the end political parties are all the same. Whoever you vote for will once again not do as they say.I think if Ontario secedes we can determine our own fate without federal involvement. At least you know you would have a very radical and strong leader in order for that to happen, and that is a good start for a better future compared to the current political parties who promise a lot and rarely if ever deliver.

You obviously do not know European history. If you did, you would know how silly that statement sounds.Unfortunately, your views are the result of main stream media that has compared Trump to Hitler over and over. It's not even close to truthful.

This is exactly why free discussion should exist and the moderation of the comments on this site are over reaching. As a media company, you pick and choose what articles you allow comments on, and what articles you do not allow comments on.We cannot even point out whatever might be wrong with your articles in some cases, when you disable the comments section. It's terrible.

No thanks. Not until you stop determining which news articles comments are allowed on, and which ones comments are not allowed on.Not even talking about those articles that had comments and you hid the comments from public view.

Healthcare is provincial, but why keep giving money to the Province for healthcare knowing they spend it not wisely?Federal tax money is also our money, and should not be given away by the Feds to the Provinces without accountability.I don't think anybody would object if the Feds would take over healthcare in our Province and make it better. But the fact that they do nothing besides transferring our money over and shrug their shoulders, puts the issue with them.I would love to receive federal money and have no accountability either, and spend it in whatever way I see fit and shrug my shoulders when people complain.

Covid was a very special situation that required special solutions, like remote working. Now that Covid is over, let's get back as much as possible to the way it has always been, and show up for work like most others do.

And that is exactly why it's a Federal issue: " Feds give a ton of money to provinces for healthcare. Ford has misused and withheld that money to create what we are experiencing now."Federal government is giving away federal tax dollars without any accountability to the provincial government, and Ford is taking it and misdirecting it towards other things.Federal should take the Provincial Government to task, stop giving them money for healthcare without ensuring accountability, and step in to provide healthcare themselves.

They keep saying they cannot attract DRS to the Sault. Maybe offer them more money? I think it's more important to have DRS than all these CEO's and directors.

He should also file on the sales tax for second hand vehicles. The government already collected the full sales tax when the vehicles was initially sold, so why should you pay taxes on the sale amount of second hand vehicles? There are many things like that. There's a reason why they don't get challenged.

We can improve life for Canadians by taxing them less. I know, hard to understand concept.

It's not even close to the same thing. You don't have to change the engine in a car every 5-7 years. Engine changes are rare, because by the time it might need a new engine it's a better idea to get a new car.

Was remote working a thing before Covid? Not really. Was remote working a thing during Covid? Yes, out of necessity. Is remote working still a necessity now that Covid is over? No.Wait for the next phase, where AI is taking over the remote workers jobs. My suggestion is to get your body to work, because AI cannot replace a physical body but it for sure can replace your remote work.

Grass is always greener on the other side. While we need a change, I am not convinced that it will bring the change we need.Politicians are politicians.

Not a mention of the quality of education they provide. It's all about money and profits.
