So, if he bought it through a tax sale, why are there still taxes owing from before he bought the location. Buying the location should have paid or written off the previous taxes owed. Especially if you are telling me it needs to be sold at $2,351,000 at a minimum to pay the tax bill this time why would there have been taxes left owing from the previous sale.

They should look at adding Red Light Cameras as a source of safety and income as Thunder Bay is terrible for running red lights. placed strategically those cameras would be paying for themselves and the new police station that is wanted.

The Carbon Tax is costing us all money PERIOD!!!! Even if most people are close to breaking even by it; it is costing taxpayers Millions/Billions of dollars to manage this program and even more to pay the added debt that this program is causing, so how about keeping the tax lower and using it to pay down the debt or provide better services, instead of spending Millions/Billions of dollars to take money from us and then just give it back to us. All that seems to do is cost us more money while doing very little for the majority of people

there are such things as removable ice cleats that can be added to any pair of boots. We use such at my work all the time. Check Amazon.ca for Ice Cleats and there are tons of options and you can find a bunch of these locally as well.
