12Major Guthrie is correct: Many citizens of Guelph can no longer afford the endless increases to property tax bills we've had to endure over the past 10 years or so. Not only that, but many people don't want them. And to present the choice to property owners as being between encampments in public spaces and unsustainable increases in property tax bills is disingenuous and short-sighted.

GuelphTodayI agree! I always thought it was a 'closed shop' with membership available to veterans only. I would welcome a venue where I could meet others and have a sense of belonging.I'm not sure though how having experienced, professional musicians performing along with beginners would work. Doesn't sound too appealing if the objective is to entertain paying patrons.
