The original story said new reception area with new desks and whatnot. New curtain wall, new doors and windows. Yeah some of the windows are failed but the curtain wall (frames) have decades of practical use left. I remember when the automatic doors were replaced not many years ago. I’m sure the cost of those doors alone are tens of thousands of dollars. Is this going to be the same level of “reno” that Kin 1 received?
