There are a number of 2 storey, multi-unit buildings on this road and in the neigbourhood. It is a good fit and 2 bedrooms allows for families. I live in this neighbourhood, we are a multi-generational family and I would happily move into such a unit to stay close to my family when the time comes. Thank you for thinking of what people want and need.

There are MANY very excited folks on the west side of the river who can't wait to have a safe route for walking/cycling to the trail.

It certainly looks like the end goal is to 'clean up' downtown. RCM has anchored a community for decades. A fine Thank You indeed. The shelter on Gordon should have been fully functional all along, its capacity is badly needed. Closing that 5 years ago was a bad political move. Why must we choose? Why not both?

It sure would have been nice to let the neighbourhood know about the ceremony. We've been waiting and waiting for this bridge too. But, open is open so...yay!!
