any proposed development will have NIMBY folks but these are for the betterment of the community and should be green lighted; I am sure there are those who were against the new Legion building, the Tara Hall project as well as the new building being built at Northern and Great Northern too...the Sault is hurting for housing, especially low income housing and a project like this helps with both needs
