The technology for effectively working remotely is constantly improving and many innovative corporations and businesses are reaping the benefits gained from a hybrid work from home policy. Where a physical presence is not required for quality performance and productivity , working from home is proving to be a win/win arrangement for employer and employee and whether Mr. Ford likes it or not, it’s the way of the future.
