Chest is right.Planning on the downtown needs to be immediately reconsidered. It is very likely the BCHL will be out of business within a few years because of the recent rules changes. This is a huge risk that hasn't been correctly factored into planning.City council and planners cannot afford to be flippant with this, nor can they assume hockey will be business-as-usual in the future.The taxpayers deserve a proper risk analysis and assumptions must be challenged. This is a whole new ballgame.
