12There was a time when you knew the trucks were driven by competent people this is exactly what happened in Humboldt I loaded trucks for years to go to Vancouver more than once I saw operators on their own who 1 had no business driving rigs especially alone and 2 the person they were with was just as incompetent one group is largely responsible for all of this half of them couldn’t even back into the loading dock for gods sakes

In the provincial jail he wouldn’t be eligible until 2/3 of his sentence was complete, and our new prison on the hill is a super max because of all of remanded inmate’s
