We need to spend money to make money. I agree with the attachment clauses of getting funding from the other levels of government as well. For this to be viable we need a long term focus on this not the short sighted ones usually seen in the comment section.

They didn't give rebates last year due to the lack of snow, but now due to tiny 'legal'ese writing in your contract I'm going to charge you more?!? Changing your website at the last minute?!? These are predatory reactions to try to save face but don't worry we are the only ones looking at how much snow is actually in the city but I'm honest right? No trickery here just believe my snow tracking system. I don't contract ANY snow removal services and I am soooo glad I don't because of this kind of 'deception'.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Cats don't go outside and I always pick up after my dogs. I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO INCONVENIENCE OTHERS!!! Keep your cats inside. You don't want poop littering your yard but you let Fido and Fifi poop on mine? Responsible pet ownership says it all but we're too worried about this lady's rights to have an outdoor cat than the multiple neighbours rights to not have animals running around? It was a neighbour who caught the cat...what about their rights?? Responsible pet ownership. Responsible pet ownership. Responsible pet ownership.

This one's easy - show your phone to IT - let the communications people scrub the phone when your innocence is obvious. Then you can send away these fruitless allegations once and for all. Climb up on your podium with the exonerating truth and you shall be set free!!! Some how I doubt it happens

What about all the septic systems draining into the river? Effluent is NOT raw sewage. The prosed system at Searchmont is NOT going to destroy the river or cause any major disruptions. Theirs will be a small system not hooked up into anything that can catch runoff or infiltration of any other kind. What Searchmont wants to do and what happened at this municipal plant are two SEPERATE issues.

Did? Did you even read the article? How is this strictly just a federal issue? It will take pressure from all sort of places and levels to get the orange Putin puppet to be forced to change his mind. It may not happen but the Presidency was not designed to be run like this and it will take Municpal, State and Provincial AND Federal agencies to work together. You need to broaden your scope on this issue.

Glad I didn't vote for the guy who used to run this organization..."to protect and serve" as long as you pay up front

Please, please someone take any of the solar farms around the area and show me when the last time ANYTHING else was farmed on that land previously?!? We keep griping about losing farm land yet no one seems to have been farming on any of these plots of land.

"Although the paint used is water-based, it is designed to be safe for employees and the environment, and durable enough to withstand adverse weather conditions," says a news release from the city. It seems the City may be right on 2 of 3 of their statements because it sure don't seem to stand up to the winters here.

You do know business transactions take place regardless of which party is in power right?

People see 'wastewater' and are immediately disgusted. Go get educated as to the systems involved. A new system will certainly help Searchmont and give them more flexibility into growing as a business in the future. There will be parameters that are tested that will be BETTER than what is already in the river water!
