Human trafficking is an horrendous problem all over the world, regretfully often initiated outside Canada, but perpetuated here. We need to do a far better job of rounding up the pimps and deporting them. Our court system is also far to lenient on crimes involving women…they would no doubt be taken more seriously if it was men being used repulsively.

Bullying was more open and could be more easily detected and stopped BEFORE cell phones. Now it is done surreptitiously and in many cases goes undetected unless the child eventually says something or takes drastic measures to end it. For this reason and lack of concentration in classrooms and on schoolwork, I feel cell phone should be restricted to outside school hours.Actually it tends to be some parents who cannot function unless their little “angels” are reachable 24/7!!
