So who determines the damage amount at the time of the accident? If you're only allowed to report the collision if the value exceeds $5000?. I would report any damage caused by the collision because even 1 headlight can cost thousands of dollars to replace even for a crack or scuff.

This project will go over $80 million + by the time it's completed .... With the additions tacked on?Like road work, sidewalks street lights , solar panels covering the roof...ect.They will build the building then tear up everything around it to upgrade the infrastructure that will be needed for expansion of the area.The only thing that is not subject to change is the goal of building this.With no more public sessions means they don't care. Too bad the parking garage has been and remains unusable for years now... Even the ground level is only half of what it should be with sections barricaded . Hopefully they also take into consideration that most of the vehicles are SUV's and 4 door trucks when they lay out the parking lines. People need appropriate room to get in and out of their vehicles without banging doors or smashing mirrors.

I am surprised to find out that the people who run the Gathering place draw a paycheck. I was always under the impression it was voluntary work... Like I said before it should be there is no reason the people who use the system can't help out working the system to help others.
