Adding alcohol sales to corner stores did more damage than good!Paying off beer stores just short of contract ending?ended with beer store closures and nowhere to bring emptiesand now forcing grocery stores to take returns? Adding alcohol to convenience stores started it all so they should be first on the list to be forced to take empties!!We were quite content buying from LCBO and select grocery stores and returning to the beer store.Then along comes dougie to mess up what wasn’t broken in the first place AGAIN!! (Remember licence plates, sticker renewals++??)So those returns will now end up in the landfill because it’s no longer worth driving to find somewhere to recycle!!Thanks again dougie for killing the environment and fixing what wasn't broken!!Ontario deserves better!!

Not understanding the roll of a trustees my first thought was saving money by cutting their jobs might be a good thing.until I took the time to educate myself on the subject and now I understand that the trustee is the locally elected voice for the community, the voice of the parents, students... the link to the school board…. they are the community advocate for public education! Every school district has different diverse needs so what happens when public voices are silenced by government bureaucrats not understanding the needs of that community?Government takeover may end up costing taxpayers even more with their high-priced 'specialized consultants’.If you think this doesn’t affect you because you don’t have children in the school system think again!Think about how public voices are being muffled by your government ...
