so close to a HIGHSCHOOL -where kids walk back and forth to the corner store daily--i would say NO---to another poorly thought out idea from city hall...crossing second line would be very dangerous.
Since the city is willing to give away so much money---that means that we are paying too much on our current CITY TAXES-therefore we should all be getting a city tax credit in 2025 with a guarantee of zero increase in 2026.
2nd mistake Mr. Ford has made1--calling early elections2-having an outsider running in sault ste marieI will never vote for someone that has not been local for at least 10 years.!!!
I never supported or liked the idea that Romano our city rep -lived in Sudbury for a time to support his wife job---that was an issue to many at the time---I get it but if I had known that he would do such a thing I never would have voted for him---I vote for local people only that have family here .
just received my TAX BILL--wow--i am not impressed-the city keeps wasting money to cater to a small group of people .i wonder who is really running the city !!!!
agreed---too many transports travel west on that stretch - would be a challenge for them. and at 8am and 230pm the high school, traffic is bumper to bumper---add west end arena and it is terrible .
you are so right1--zero resale value on ev2-huge insurance costs3--limited to select shops to repair-no more options of going else where for service at better price4-some areas will not let you park in a garage re fire risk 5---really not needed
