You’re just moving accidents from one road to the other, and adding several intersections for people to blow thru. The problem isn’t 102 it’s training and enforcement.
Lock the doors and let people order from behind a window after hours. It isn’t rocket science. I’d bet the same people who own circle K own the “security” company parked outside there, or at the very least are good friends with each other. Quit wasting money on these security contractors they are next to useless anyways
If the domestic auto industry offered anything to even remotely compete in the last 10 years I might be inclined to boycott them, but they haven’t bothered to in much longer than that. Evolve or die, that’s how capitalism works bud.
And so the can continues to be kicked down the road. Existing workers can breathe a sigh of relief for 5 or so years until such time they are in the same exact spot. I am happy for the workers, but I certainly wouldn’t be hitching my horse to the Alstom post if I had any other options…
The public wants 8 but you keep 10…. “the residents would really like to have about eight on council, not even 10, but we felt that that would be maybe too much, so we felt that the 10 would be more acceptable,”You’re in public service. This isn’t meant to be a lucrative job. It’s a job you take to make a place BETTER and it comes with a bit of personal sacrifice.
Every one of these “impassioned” residents has some kind of financial bias whether it’s their business or their home. They think nothing about who else it might effect. I would be pretty Latinate too if that were the case. Give it a rest already.
Kakabeka distribution station has been “at capacity” for several years and unable to accept more people on net metering. Hydro One doesn’t want more electricity, they simply want to maximize their profits.
Tbnewswatch has been “moderating“ comments to fit a certain narrative for a long time. I’d be surprised if they even allow this reply to be posted to you.
