SooToday 18I find it absolutely ridiculous that the city would entertain the idea of buying back a property at more than 3 times the price that they sold it for. If a condition of the original sale was to build on the site, then it is up to the buyer to fulfill that contract obligation. If they don't, sue them on default of contract.
