Wage increases will devastate the people who are on fixed incomes adding to the ever growing problems of affordability. It would make more sense confronting the government on there reckless spending and gifting of our tax dollars abroad. Canadian citizens pay far too much in person income taxes, people need to address this. After all 20% more money in your pocket by paying less taxes would be far better than gifting billions abroad.
Churches and building can all burn and blow up unfortunately not much get talked about that but, some guy who has a few bucks in his pocket let's make an example of him and ruin him for life.Prejudice or double standards? The pendulum swings, possibly to male too pale.
Residents of Prince George should take the time to occasionally appear in court. High community presence will hold the judges accountable for their decisions.
Money well spent. Anything that promotes a level of tourism is a great idea for Prince George. I would encourage continuing the motivation in expanding this project to include a suspension bridge connecting the winery to the trail system. This would allow individuals to enjoy the city’s walking paths and also enjoy some beverage during there outings if they choose to do so.Any positive changes that promote a safe area to enjoy while encouraging exercise for our aging population is a welcome thought.Something positive for a change is a far better look for our city than the current human zoo created by government and administration that allowed this environment to fester to what it has become today.
My last visit the building didn’t appear that bad. I can tell you there are buildings in the down town core that drastically need maintenance but not on the tax payers dime. This building generates income. Why isn’t it able to sustain itself? Asking the tax payers to front the bill indicates to me we have a management problem? Ridiculous!
I would like to take this time to thank our new military recruits for their dedication towards fighting and protecting our wonderful country we call home. These wage increases are a reflection of our appreciation to your dedication to serve and protect our nation and newly welcomed immigrants. We thank you!
Tax payers have already invested in a facility called “ site c”. While our government looks for a land fill site to dispose of these buildings the buildings could be utilized as a treatment Center/ housing unit for the homeless. After all these buildings are up for demolition anyway. We have the test subjects, let try something new instead of repeated failure attempts. At most it would give the taxpayers a break from the gruelling repetitious events witnessed daily. Bringing back normalcy. “ make PG great again!”
If only people would realize asking for wage increases only deprives others that are on fixed incomes to do without. It would make more sense to hold the government accountable for their reckless spending and gifting of our tax contributions. People would have a far better standard of living is they paid 20% less in taxes. How much money are you all losing in wages striking? Do you really think you’ll recover your loss wages striking? We need our government to change. Lees income taxes and scrap this stupid idea of carbon taxes which is driving industry and business out of Canada.
