Structure fire at Prince George's Moccasin Flats

I can't imagine how terrifying it must be for those living above, on Patricia Blvd. Once the hot very dry weather starts those fires could spread rapidly not only to the nearby businesses but also up to the homes at the top of the embankment potentially causing an all out inferno. Unbelievable.

This is just a small snapshot of who Lee is as a person. A heart as big as the world, always looking out for anyone who could use a kind word, a hand up, a strong shoulder to lean on, a good friend. Setting aside his own devastating grief and trauma as a teen, he unselfishly went to identify his long time best friend's body so that the mother didn't have to. He then went on to be a rock and a comfort to the family and the gf in what ever way that he could, despite his own terrible loss. Starting at 16 he held down several part time jobs while going to school to support his family including his Mom who was ill and disabled. Although he would never admit it, he has been a hero to many, many people over the years, for a multitude of reasons, including this lucky little girl. Allan would be very proud.
