Whenever they are rehabilitating the transcanada highway, they should be making it a 4 lane highway. A bit at a time but eventually we would have a safe and decent highway across Ontario.Look to the west, you get on a 4vlane just inside of Manitoba and it runs all the way to someplace in BC.
