People are forgetting how expensive this ship is on a daily basis. I simply could not afford shopping here and in spite of working in the downtown core found cheaper alternatives - Farmers market, Daydream, wall of fame, Ivy's. They seem to be thriving. Homelessness was not intimidating but the $ was. Curious to note with the negative responses, as to how many of them actually shopped here?

There are not enough treatments available and one has to be clean and sober to enter. Intervention is family based and Detox centers (what little there are, are voluntary). It takes a lot for someone to reach their rock bottom. One has to also be clean and sober to enter housing, safe centers. Where does one start. Go after the gangs, criminals selling this poison? Fill our prisons? Lenient judges? Pill pushing doctors? It is a world wide epidemic- in every village, town and City, and every background, double that with mental health issues. It must be a combined effort
Not for a while and there is still the Is Ospika connector over Hwy 16w that needs to be in place to provide another route to the bowl. MoTI will need to be involved. Projection: 7-10 years
