13I honestly just do not know how to respond to this council, the seniors of this community worked, payed their taxes, spent their hard earned money in this city, shame on all of you that voted against this wonderful idea the Mayor had,, share with all groups!!, where does the contingency money go now???Well I have a good idea🙄.Yikes.
