City sells parking passes for Marina Park online

I drove over the overpass going into marina park yesterday. The grounds below , not far from the children’s playground was once a beautiful place . Now it’s totally filthy full of old tarps, tents, mattresses, dirty clothes, wooden pallets, everyday garbage, even tho they get the grass cut, porta potty, etc etc . People should refuse to pay a penny to be at the park as long as city enablers refuse to wake up

None of the employees are forced to work at LCBO. Once again, if not happy in your work, quit and look elsewhere. JP Hornick your union leader is not helping. You applied for the part time job, go elsewhere and look for full time.

lol. Singh repeates over and over that Justin Trudeau and the Liberals are “ out of touch “ “ failing Canadians “ etc etc. But he and he alone is keeping Justin Trudeau in power and allows him to continue being Prime Minister. Wake up Thunder Bay, stay away from this guy

“ Give “ how about they “ earn “. Giving when the receiver refuse to accept any conditions ( eg be responsible, clean the place, clean around the place, stay out of trouble, attempt to better yourself- to name a few ), is enabling and encouraging them to stay on drugs / alcohol etc. Stop the enabling.

Does anybody really believe city council is listening to citizens.? Time to wake up.

The only person as arrogant as Justin Trudeau is Singh. He and only he, is keeping the corrupt Federal Government in power. Will Canada ever wake up. Sad really

The “ youth “ will soon be released on conditions to once again walk the streets of Thunder Bay, although chances are good that the release will not make the news.

Yes, lots of other good places to park. Free of charge. Use those people. But you can camp at the entrance by the overpass, just use the ground around you to throw your garbage free of charge.

PancakeBubbler, you are correct. But the enablers in this city including Paul Pepe will never open their eyes.

NDP “ Lise “, it’s time to stop the enabling and time to start protecting our kids. Time to wake up.

You are correct, but as you know when it comes to the encampments, addicts etc, your opinion, the business owner’s opinion and the opinion of citizens, absolutely do not matter. The enabling here is off the charts. It doesn’t matter how many small businesses close.

When Canada has a very weak leader , and a leader who has lost respect from the other world leaders, put the blame where it belongs , Justin Trudeau.

More than Toronto Chief of Police , much more than OPP Commissioner etc etc. Hmmmmm

So the squatters were asked their opinion by Cynthia Olsen etc but not one business was contacted. So the businesses were not allowed to express any opinion. Welcome to the TBay home of the enablers. Sad really

From the above quotes , they are totally fine with school kids seeing needles all over on their way to school. Talk about out to lunch. Wake up Thunder Bay. Enabling and supplying drugs to addicts is not working.

Justin Trudeau and his inept ministers have been in power for approximately 10 years. Due to their drastic failures , the next 2-3-4 generations of kids will pay the price. It is far too late for him to “ Do something “. Wake up Canada, especially wake up Thunder Bay.

People who try to better themselves, not demand to live free off tax payers, and accept indoor living even if involves accepting rules, deserve better.

If there will be rules in designated site, they will not accept it. They want a place with no rules period. Notice not a word in attempting to better or find work for them. Once again, why should they change when we have a city of enablers to cater to their need. If taxpayers are afraid to attend marina etc due to harassment from “ campers “, city leaders say Boo Hoo put up with it.

The Sunshine list of 100,000, is definitely outdated threshold, but some of the wages above are a bit toooo much. And no, I’m not jealous. I do just fine in retirement.
